The only pro about OnForce Solar is the fact that you are working in an industry that is good for the environment and for companies investing in solar
Cons
Burn and churn. They have project developers submit lead projects in Salesforce and them cut them loose if a project doesn't move along at a rapid pace. I left six half million dollar plus projects in their system. I am now competing with OnForce to win business I brought to the table. STAY AWAY from these gutter dwelling clowns. They insisted paying a base less than minimum wage was legal.
