Fine place to work - Associate OnForce Employee Review

Start up environment. We had a blast.

It could have been better.

Some of the reviews are from community users of the system - I am an actual employee. The people are great at OnForce and the company is doing something new. If you just want to code and be left alone, then it's not for you. If you want to be part of something that makes waves, that revolutionizes an industry through new solutions, then you will like OnForce. If you like being part of a team, then you would enjoy it. It's not a huge company so you're not treated like a number. Web, mobile, php, JS, transactional database stuff, APIs (providing and consuming)...plenty for solid, good experience, and making a mark. You will find very few other companies that are doing exactly what OnForce does. There are plenty of ways to grow the system in technology and in it's market space.

There's not a whole lot in my opinion in the way of cons. I know that if you research OnForce online you will find people (end users, not employees) criticizing it. The OnForce end-user community has standards and systems in place that help to promote a top notch community made of individuals who want to be part of it, are honest, and strive to excel at what they do. If an end user has a problem with OnForce it's usually because their standards or performance were not inline with what the rest of the community desires to have. Think about the rating system on ebay - you won't buy from someone who has a poor rating - it's essentially the same in the OnForce end-user community and I'm happy to see that it's working!
