Pros

This was a good place to learn about computers and have experience working from home and providing customer support. All of the employees are very interdependent and every task is assigned with clarity.

Cons

It's sometimes fast-paced and a little difficult to keep track of all the different things going on simultaneously.

Pros

The owner is great! Coworkers are also good people. Lots of intercommunication and opportunities for experience with servers and networks from people who know what they are doing. A great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Long hours. Lots of stress. Perpetually dealing with frustrating issues. Often when a serious issue comes up you cannot find the person that has the knowledge needed to resolve the issue, so customers are often upset. Lot of personality needed to maintain satisfied customers during difficult situations. And because there are more customers and issues than there are man-hours you are always behind the eight-ball.
