I have never worked for someone who is willing to do whatever it takes for a customer, or employee. The recognition you get throughout the company for your hard word is incredible. I’ve worked at companies where the owner has no idea who I am, Randy is willing to talk to anyone and everyone. He has been through what we have been through. He has done every part of the HVAC industry so he GETS IT. He can help lead you where you want, and provides the opportunity to do so. Even on bad days, there’s no way I would leave this place.
