The hours can be long, depending on the time of year.

The office staff is very good at communicating and getting information out to you. They are very kind and respectful. They do offer insurance which is good.

They hire the worst people. They ask what your opinion regarding a location and you tell them and nothing gets done. There is no concern for safety or they consistently hire unqualified people to staff positions. The pay is pretty low for banquet work and heavy lifting. They hire out of shape people to do banquet set up or bartend when they can't stand for long periods of time or lift heavy items.
