Pros

Our workplace culture is great! Everyone is very friendly. We always make time to help each other when someone is in need. Feels like a family! Best of talented and diverse colleagues encourage creativity and good decision making skills. Great work life balance with flexibility of working from home. Chance to work on great, challenging projects. Recruiting and onboarding process makes new hires feel right at home. We recognize each other with our employee recognition program called “Kudos” and meet quarterly for Brown Bag meetings for news, open discussions, and raffle prize drawings. Good benefits and pay is commensurate with your experience. Awesome company picnic at the end of the year!

Pros

The people who work there are of the highest caliber: smart, respectful, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. No office gossiping or interpersonal friction—true team spirit and folks always jump in to help deliver the best possible product to their clients. They have the largest footprint in the Unemployment Insurance Enterprise Software vertical and have been the leaders for over 30 years. All the C-Level people are very approachable and will happily take a meeting to discuss new ideas. In fact, every quarter there's a "Brown Bag" meeting where the whole company sits down together (and phones in) to discuss sales initiatives, technological advancements made by R&D, and take questions. Very transparent and a great work/life balance.

Cons

The nature of Unemployment Insurance is it ebbs and flows with the economy so the customer demand for enterprise software also ebbs and flows.
