Cool cool cool events that you can say you're involved in. There are some smart people.
Cons
Don't expect to go to the events. The leadership is really abysmal, its definetly a company that does not learn from their own mistakes. You'll have a talented middle layer of employees that serve leaders at the SVP level who dont really have vision. Thats what the company is missing. VISION. CEO is actually very respectable but the SVPs are really only there because they follow instruction, not because they can push the company forward.
