Toxic. Over the past couple of years, the culture here has quickly turned into a Game of Thrones saga – now it's just another corporate beast in the making.
The workload is bonkers: I'm constantly playing catch-up from the previous team's lack of foresight while simultaneously trying to rapidly scale -- globally.
If you're in a leadership role, brace yourself to manage a younger, less experienced team (thanks to those low salaries not exactly attracting top talent) and spend a good chunk of your energy helping them juggle their workloads and navigate an uncertain future.

Reporting to legacy leaders, fast-tracked because they're BFFs, is downright nauseating. It gets worse when you waste energy teaching them things they should already know. All in all, it's exhausting and I can't recommend it.
