      I don’t know of any pros since I’m looking for another job.

      Ineffective leaders. Low wages with filthy work environment that has no soap in bathrooms and molded carpet.

      Enjoyed other technicians I worked with.

      Cons

      Some of the people they put in “leadership” roles is absurd. No rational mind would/should have considered them for customer facing positions.
