Pros

Great people Amazing potential Fully remote

Cons

Disastrously incompetent and inexperienced leadership. This company massively benefited from covid lockdown tailwinds. Overhired in sales to keep up with demand, accrued tremendous tech/product debt and filled gaps with bodies and tried to position this as a benefit. There was an attempt to become a product/mission led organization but it was too late. Got brutally outpaced by competition. This is a company that just laid off 70% of staff. It has failed and will be lucky to sell for parts. CEOs don't work together and it shows. Very impulsive, reactive, inexperienced leadership. Could've been a great org with a bit of foresight and changes in leadership earlier on.

Pros

Fast paced & exciting! If you like the 'start-up' enviroment this is perfect for you. Completely remote work environment with opportunities to co-work in person. Connect and work with people from all over the world but continue to have the work-life balance to your local timezone.

Cons

Like many start-ups Omnipresent can be too faced paced for some. Be able to quickly pivot when needed.

Pros

One of the best legal teams to collaborate with and address substantive cross border legal issues. The team punched way above its weight.

Cons

Investor funding based primarily in Europe and therefore more limited compared to Silicon Valley based competitors.
