As part of the Management team, I'm sorry to hear that you've not been satisfied with the Management Team in first place. I'm instead a little bit astonished to read that we're not working on "live projects", and that we simply "recreate same old projects"; let me recap what we did just during the 2020: - we released 2 new web portals, one dedicated to the tourism sector and the other dedicated to the world of events, happenings and restaurants; - we released on the Apple Store our brand new app Re·money, where users can register as Merchant, get paid and where Consumers can add all their credit cards and earn back cashback; we're already working on implementing the Loyalty programs as well as integrated Marketing campaign; - we developed "ContactShield", a platform that used the CCTV system of companies, universities etc and that, through ML algorithms, detects the distance between users, notifying them through Push Notifications to help to keep social distancing as much as possible; - we developed the "Profiling Machine", a platform that, through ML algorithms, helps Merchants to analyze their markets and suggest them how to increase their chances to sell more or to focus on specific products for a specific niche of market and users; - we're continuing to develop the platform "SeVaRA" for the identification of the environmental index of risk for different typologies of events; at the time I'm writing we already covered the floods events, we're actively working on the landslide events and we're starting to approach the fire events as well. And these are just the first 3 typologies of events that the Platform will cover when will be put on Production. We're actively working on web and mobile apps for this Platform, and besides all the sources of input coming from Satellites data or radar on the ground, we're also actively developing ML algorithms that will help to predict the probability of an event to happen in specific areas of interest; - we're developing "Hive", a platform dedicated to small Merchants that enhances their capabilities to digitalize their businesses and that allows them to create easily an online store where they can easily sell products AND SERVICES directly online. And these are just a few of the every day activities that we're working on. I'm really sorry you didn't get the opportunity to be part of at least some of these new things that the group is working on; I'll try to understand together with the technical leads of the different departments, why someone has not been aware of all the amount of work we're constantly providing.
