      Rent Discount Good start if you have NO experience

      Cons

      You will not be told how you’re commission or bonuses are calculated. Very limited sick time. Only 2 days for the year Will be asked to work off the clock after closing to limit overtime Company is new to multifamily and it shows If living on property you have 1 week to move if you leave or are terminated. The environment gives High School. Very unprofessional

      Everyone here is very nice and it feels like you're part of a family. They are professional and very organized. If you want to do well you will go far and you will enjoy working here.
