Everyone is encouraged to think outside the box in whichever capacity fits their workflow. Collaboration between teams is always flowing, which is refreshing. Innovational changes are plenty and direct managers are very encouraging of the overall growth of their team, even if that means their team members may transition into a different area of the business.
