      Pros

      Omnicell has always had a great culture and great people. Recently, the company has hit some hard times and has had to layoff many employees. the technology is good, but could be improved to really gain some market share. I'd say there is a positive future outlook.

      Cons

      As I stated above, things are tight right now. Limited opportunities due to poor business performance.

      Pros

      Worked for them for 7 1/2 years until after COVID, and no one came back to the office. Only 4 people remained in the office, shipping, and IT. After the owners sold them the building, Omnicell canceled the lease and was told that the lease would end in August 2022. I saw it coming after COVID, and no one was in the building. No offer to find other positions in the company. They do cuts all the time when stock prices go down, which is a sign of trouble ahead. Bad MGMT to many Top Dogs

      I'm overworked and underpaid, and I plan to work off the clock at times.
