Dysfunctional HR: HR department functions as an arm of leadership, targeting individuals based on personal bias or favoritism. Burnout-prone environment: excessive workloads, unrealistic deadlines, and a lack of genuine support contribute to frequent burnout. Culture of fear: employees work under constant pressure, afraid of being singled out or punished for even minor mistakes. Lack of structure and strategic vision: ever-changing priorities and poor transparency result in ongoing frustration and organizational chaos.

- you can meet genuinely good people who truly care about the product. - very beginner-friendly environment, especially if you're new to the industry.

Cons

- Low salary with no real expectation of improvement. - Little motivation or vision to innovate in technology or product development. - Some employees seem to have more privileges than others. - The company is gradually shifting toward an "office-first" mindset, so if remote work is important to you, I wouldn’t recommend it.
