limited avenues for advancement, No cultural training, No HR alignment, no monitoring. If your not Chinese which represents 90 percent of the company it is hard to integrate

Relaxed work environment, good work-life balance, high flexibility, and supportive managers. Interns are given enough freedom to explore tasks independently.

Cons

The company feels somewhat conservative and slow-moving. There are not many opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies, and some internal processes feel outdated.
