Pros
From when I started working at OmniPoint to when I left, both management and the people I worked at equal with are devoted to working as a team. As a member of the sales side the difference was striking from other companies I had looked at for sales.
Instead of an atmosphere of dog eat dog, OmniPoint fostered one of family and teamwork. Everyone is always willing to help each other which is critical when it comes to working with technologies you may not be familiar with. As my first position out of college it couldn't have been better, I had some great experiences and learned more than a few skills I will take with me for the rest of my career.
I fully recommend the company to anyone looking to get into the staffing business, there are more than a few bad ones who the employees do not matter to. I can heartily say OmniPoint is not one of them and you will not regret working with them.
Cons
Working in the staffing industry requires hard work, there is plenty of competition out there so you need to be at the top of your game (Though OmniPoint gives you more than enough training and tools to succeed easily). There are slower times but when things start gearing up it can be hectic.
