Well supported small company start up with an excellent device on the market. People are both our Pro and Con. We have some great people here who work really hard behind the scene's to improve both our product in the market and our employees experiences. New facility in second half of 2015 will greatly improve employee experience.

We felt the need to hire industry insiders to take us to the next level and instead we flatlined. We have finally removed most of those people from their positions and we are getting back on track as company. Our device has always been best in the market, now we can back it up with the right people and leadership. New change in CEO has really improved corporate attitude and outlook.

Has always been a difficult place to work, but pay plan was much more realistic until new managers made changes that killed chance to make much more beyond your low base.

Many surgeons reluctant to use due to cost, Unrealistic quotas, low base pay, device not reimbursed, slumping sales, raising prices. Fighting unrealistic quotas and imaginary growth projections is why there is high turnover among reps.
