      Pros

      Management is really great, and they take time to meet with you and make sure you are getting what you need to be successful. You can tell everyone there wants everyone to enjoy their job and do well. Even working from home they keep you involved and motivated. I love the flexibility and being able to work remotely.

      Cons

      Only been here a few months so nothing really negative yet. Lead quality can be a shot in the dark but its sales so it's to be expected.

      Pros

      We have an exceptional support team our executive leadership team takes the time to listen to their employees feedback and they demonstrate that it matters. I have been able to maintain a work life balance and grow professionally within my time here. OmniEngine fulfills my desire to keep a student mentality and to learn about new processes and procedures. It has assisted me with thinking outside of the box. The people here really make a positive impact in my life professionally and personally.

      Cons

      If you are someone that does not do well with change, OmniEngine is not the best fit for you. We are continuously working with new projects or looking for other ways to achieve desired results.
