No cons from my experience

laid back office, stocked fridges, benefits like medical/dental and a bonus if you meet expectations, a good starting job for anyone fresh out of college and needing experience! Also hybrid schedule is amazing, being home monday and friday is awesome! Sometimes, get to go home early other days depending on volume

please don't work here if you 1) havent been in a sorority or 2) are a introvert. Each team there act like literal high school cliques and are nothing but women having hissy fits to one another. There is pettiness a LOT going around. Also, the pay is below the standard for every other company the parent company owns. For the amount of work that they give you, it's not really worth it. Also, if you haven't been there for at least five years, then you're constantly getting the short end of the stick, also if they say you're getting cross-trained, no you aren't. They never get to it. Ever. Even if you remind them. Career growth here is horizontal, not vertical.
