Small company with too many incompetent, often toxic managers who are overpaid and only reward their favorites. Some work short weeks and dodge responsibility, while techs are overworked, underpaid (was 40–50k with constant travel), and rarely see raises. No growth unless you kiss up. Management pushes the “we’re a family” line, but it’s fake — if you’re not in their clique, forget it.
