Pros
No good reasons. Owner and hr are playing a very good role to making fool of employee. They have their own rules and regulations which are typically outside of the country. They don't know basic laws.. always making bahana for their client as well as employee.
Cons
Their hr and that Owner running two different company rules in one company. Their rules have no logic. No management. Dishonest people, asking to keep their data secure and they never give employee any job security. If you want increment they will not give it.
