Complete mismanagement and archaic processes, condescending vitriol from management, no room for growth, insufficient training, they cannot keep employees, heavy work load for one person due to heavy constant turnover, non-empathetic managers. The managers spend more time in meetings with each other than actually doing their job, everything is bottlenecked with management and you are simply not able to perform your job successfully because of this. Just.. don’t work for this company. Seriously.
