      Interview and getting in is easy, specially for graduates from local universities like Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University. Job is not technically challenging, friendly atmosphere for starters.

      Cons

      Limited career growth, office politics, lack of resources and infrastructure. Long hours.
