Pros

Everyone can talk to each other comfortably. It's a good start for fresh grad engineer as Omega frequently held internal courses every Thurs to gain more knowledge on products and services. Not every company does that. They are always growing and planning ahead. Also, I met many good friends there and we still keep in touch and criticizing our ex-co.

Cons

Let's start of with Stage 1: Interview - You have to write 8 pages application form on that day, and another form on your strengths and weaknesses. My advice is to come half an hour early. Stage 2: Selected - You have to go through another 2nd round of interview. Stage 3: First day of work - Well, the first half of the morning is getting to your table, get the IT do your thumbprint, tour of the company. There's a letter where they stated you will go with your lunch buddy on your first day. Well, that's not usually the case. My first week was such a bore because everyone has their own lunch group. Well, overall, if you analyze closely, Omega is underpaid. Has a lot of debt and financial issue. Out of all the banks here, Omega has used up almost 2/3 of the banks to clear up the debts. But you don't have to worry about your pay. The only good thing is they prioritise employee pay 1st. Management can be improved. Don't trust the HR.
