They matched my desired salary and hence they had unrealistic expectation from a new hire.
Cons
My experience was very negative. The power is under few people and one has to be under good books with them to get somewhere. The on boarding process was so unprofessional. There was no shadowing and no buddy program. No concept of 1 on 1's. The manager of PM has a misconception that micromanagement is leading and growing the team. The people in leadership roles are not trained and have no clue how to grow people. HR is a mute spectator and has no contribution to employee wellness whatsoever. Not a fan of their company culture either. If you plan to leave your company and move here, my recommendation is to think twice. Your job is very unsecure here more than other companies in the same sector.
