Compensation is okay, benefits are hilarious since the HR coordinator is too stupid to actually do them, had to do ourselves.
Cons
They don't understand where they lie in their market. Try to overcompensate by overpricing watches that truly aren't worth it. They hold no value, and the boutiques don't discount.
