Pros
- Great people involved - Somewhat organized - Good partnerships
Cons
- The "HR" is messy, can't keep track of their e-mails and spam e-mails that "You have to contribute more, otherwise you are going to leave the project" - You don't get any money for it, they DO. - Since they DO get money, the companies that partner with them treat you like they should, A CLIENT, not a partner. - False advertise/Don't have to technical knowledge to say what technologies are going to be used in the project. If they say that Image Classification is going to be used, it might not be and it might be a simple regression. It is pretty edgy and suspicious the way they get money for services, have actual employees and in the meantime they have well over 30-40 people per project working for free without any benefit other than the intrinsic collaboration among the non-paid people.
