      Pros

      I like what they do as a company, giving back to society, donations to charity

      Cons

      Didn't feel valued for the work I've done, management wasn't great at all, all my work was not recognised and no input of improvement was given by my managers, then i was let go all of a sudden, like being strangers again, let go when not needed, when they don't see any use in you anymore

      Culture first Cohesive leadership team Creating significant funding (nearly $100M!) and impact for charities

      Cons

      Nothing specific to point to other than the typical challenges of a company that's scaling rapidly and expanding globally. Every company that's going through high growth faces adversities and Omaze and it's leadership team are navigating those moments with care and precision.

      Great inclusive company culture - one of the only places I have worked that everyone you meet is happy to be at the company.

      Still early stage company so must be willing to pivot as needed
