      Pros

      Very relaxed environment, rarely feel stressed about getting something done. The people who work here are very helpful. It's ten hour shifts with three day weekends which is awesome.

      Cons

      Progressing in the company is a very slow process. Changes take forever to happen. The day starts very early.
