4 10 hour shifts. Earned Time Off and Holiday Pay, very standard with other employers.
Cons
There have been 12+ employees who have resigned after finding better wages elsewhere this year. The pay here is under market and the medical benefits have been steadily declining since the merger in 2020. The products are innovative but the manufacturing processes, procedures and documentation are all archaic, out of date and are treated as after-thoughts.
