-Since being bought out there is less and less care about the employees. Feels more like a big corporation than it used to be. They tried to ease us into it by calling us associates instead of employees. You're not fooling anyone. -Promised me a 10% higher salary when hiring. When the paperwork arrived at my house it was less and they basically told me to * off when I inquired about it. Left a lot of salt in my mouth. -Not sure how or where to grow in my job
