Pros
As it was my first job, the design and development department was very friendly and helpful. I learnt more in my brief experience than my 4 year graduate degree. You receive appreciation for your good work which is a moral boost.
Cons
The pay is not as high as you would want it. Its a 6 day working week. The working hours are long and it they are very strict about the entering time and minimum working hours.
