      great work life balance, flexible time off, great time off accrual rates.

      Cons

      underpaid, and will not pay coaches more who very clearly exceed expectations or invest in CE and certs. but thank god they can keep hiring other corporate roles with 6 figure salaries

      Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

      Cons

      Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
