Company that is genuinely trying to do the right thing for all, including their employees. Humble management style with lots of focus on having impact and staying ethical in all things/decisions. A sense that we're building something important that will help many. Lots of encouragement to promote from within whenever possible. Deeply caring about each other and our users/participants. Feels very healthy and highly functional.
Cons
Like any young company, a lot to do. Our ambitions are bigger than our woman/man-power right now. As long as we continue to scale responsibly, I'm not worried. But the work has just begun.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! The issues we’re working on are extremely important and we’ve got the best team for it! If our ethics or ideals ever begin to waver, let me know immediately.
Thanks again,
Sean
Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.
Cons
Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
