Pros

Benefits are pretty solid, Food Monday Wednesday and Friday ( might not be what you like but its free if you want it, just make sure you get in line early or nothing is left)

Cons

Management. No direction or one strong word. Directions are all over the place, everyone says to do different things and they do NOT include the customer service team (FNOL) in ANYTHING claim related when they are the "front lines" of the claims department. Upper management does NOT care. There is clear Favoritism, if you are not liked you will NOT grow or get promoted no matter how good you are or amount of work you do. NO ANNUAL REVIEW, they do not believe in this, besides an 80 cent cost of living based on your time with the company..... adjusters are protected for EVERYTHING. It's always customer service or someone else's fault when files can go untouched for over a MONTH at a time.

Pros

Exceptional company culture. Their values aren't just words, they mean something to everyone. Leadership cares about employees, and employees are given the tools and support to be successful and advance. Best company I've ever worked for!

Cons

I could use more PTO and we could always use more money - but I don't think Olympus is unreasonable. Bonuses were good!

Pros

I was hoping for a good environment, but not at this company.

Cons

Micromanagement environment with shame tactics used. Multiple excel reports and compliance reports are sent out by upper management daily to put employees in the department on the spot for non compliance. I anticipate this will worsen as they were just establishing a QA department and each file, all the documents had to be labeled based on a labeling document that was sent out.
