Pros

Some good people in the organization that care and help keep the train on the rails.

Cons

VPs are clueless about the day to day operations Pay is not competitive in Vegas because they are HQ'd in the midwest. They don't want to pay for talented people.

I appreciate your support while at Olympus. I am disappointed you did not have a better experience with our team, I am incredibly proud of our Vegas team and what they've been able to accomplish since we acquired Screaming Images 2.5 years ago. Our team has doubled in size over the past 12-months, moved into a new 70,000 sq ft building. I would like to correct some of the comments you made: - Our average pay (in Vegas) has increased by 40% per employee post-acquisition - We benchmark pay to local markets (we do not base Vegas pay off of our Milwaukee rates) - I personally share my cell phone with every employee and talk to every employee at least once a quarter in an attempt to listen and support our team. At Olympus, we believe in a meritocracy (our top performers get rewarded) and continually give our superstars bigger raises, bonuses and opportunities for promotions/advancement. We understand this approach/culture doesn't make everyone happy. We do reward our team - 65% of our managers were promoted from within and we've been able to pay out at least $1000 in profit-sharing bonuses to every employee 10 of the last 12-years. While the fast-paced nature of our industry and corporate culture is not a fit for everyone, I'm proud of our team and excited about our future.

Pros

I feel appreciated and respected. President is the kindest person. Knows everyone's name. I have experienced and seen opportunities for advancement. Always something fun and interesting happening. Whether it is raffle tickets for a sports events, lunches, competitions.

Cons

Some behavior is tolerated that shouldn't be.

I raised concerns about repeated dishonesty and unprofessional behavior within the team. Unfortunately, leadership was aware of these issues and chose not to address them, which made it impossible to work effectively or ethically in that environmen
