There wasn't a single pro, the owner is a terrible person and a criminal. It would seem he hires managers that match his own energy.

Low pay, poor managment, abusive treatment, owner is a criminal (you can look up his court cases, and a dealer here in Sask where the dealer was found guilty of 41 counts of fraud.

They have a Café indoors with a decent employee discount.

They charge 20% more than MSRP. The management wants you to work more hours and do things way outside your job title for no compensation and they do not pay overtime. The owner screams at everyone and anyone for simple things, berates employees and managers alike for his own faults (such as failing to pay vendors on time and then being mad that we have yet to receive parts from them). No cohesive work environment, and actively slashes pay for things beyond employee's control. Furthermore, the general manager lies about what is in the contracts, including lying about commissions, pay increases, and expansion of duties.
