The owner screams at everyone and anyone for simple things, berates employees and managers alike for his own faults (such as failing to pay vendors on time and then being mad that we have yet to receive parts from them). No cohesive work environment, and actively slashes pay for things beyond employee's control. Furthermore, the general manager lies about what is in the contracts, including lying about commissions, pay increases, and expansion of duties.
