      Friendly family environment and not stressful!

      Really the only area for improvement is communication

      Pros

      The benefits are good, they have 401k with matching up to 3%. Some employees are wonderful. And make working at olymbec fun.

      Cons

      Management clearly has favorites as you can tell by treatment and what they are allowed to do that others are not. Some supervisors will work with you and show respect. While others like To micromanage. The lack of trust is very evident.
