Laid back atmosphere, talented management, and tons of resources to learn or move positions within company. Company is well organized and allows teams to function independently. Expect free food multiple times a month, team / office events regularly, free or cheap merchandise, and festive atmosphere during holidays.
Cons
The high performance culture results in some teams cutting back on investments into new softwares or training in order to boost profitability. Inefficient at large projects due to teams working so independently. 45+ hour work week and high importance on billable hours / multipliers.
