Pros
Genuinely care about their employees and most everyone is very nice and enjoyable to work with. The structure of the company is great if you enjoy working in small groups. Good opportunities and chance for more responsibilities that are based on skill rather than simply basing off seniority. Most of the people in leadership are deserving and competent.
Cons
Compensation isn't as high in comparison to other engineering firms. Bonus system is flawed and rewards less profitable teams equal compensation as a more profitable team. Often working around 50 hrs a week.
