      Managers have a decent bit of leeway so experience is dependent on them. Growing company. Understands the need to find and keep good talent. Great 401k match.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
