Great management at the Des Moines office, at home almost every night, very few weekend shifts, management will work with you very hard to get time off during the week to accommodate things like doctor's appointments, sickness, etc...
Cons
Not as many hours worked as most other NDT companies and the pay scale is somewhat on the lower side.
