      Pros

      Conservative company. Most of the people are smart and friendly. Very conservative personal growth. A seemingly friendly management. Respects work life balance. Good for lifers. Make sure that you understand the office politics - its neither bad or good - but will help you grow there.

      Cons

      Growth is slow. Management can not handle stars. Out of the line thinking and creativity is not handled well. Low paymaster. Well known for laying off long timers at the first hint of trouble. Enjoy life in this firm, but keep a backup.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
