Low Pay, hard work , no help from HR or mngmnt. - Assistant Technician Olsson Employee Review

They lie to get u in the door make 100s of promises and dont keep any ! i was told 50 hours max a week, my first week alone even after I expressed an issue I worked 67 hrs and on the weekend. i see guys working the same or more andgetting behind the wheel seems like a lawsuit waiting for Ollsson from someone who get hurt. Management never helps they come in after 9 and go home by 4 everyday and get half days on Fridays. i asked HR for help and was ignored and found out managers were told and I felt intimidated and now feel scared to ever speak up. I was told this happens alot and HR is never confidential?
