      - Not a ton of work - Large projects = few deadlines + large budgets

      Cons

      - Not enough work at times - gets boring - Overly reliant on certifications/licensing and not competence. Sometimes more senior people are tough to work with but have the certs/licenses

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
