      Good talent to learn from especially the main partner and his protege partner Solid other tax staff and admins Some clients that are a mess but it helps sharpen your accounting skills Busy season is a lot of work but the summers are great. September October deadline is not too bad.

      Only left because of location proximity to my home

      Pay is less than a Big 4 The partners at times can be disorganized and work will stack up in periods
