Pros

There is some flexibility to work from home. Employees are pretty nice, and environment is OK.

Cons

Process is not good. Feels somewhat like a sweatshop. Not enough vision. Too much focus on profit and churning out projects - not enough care for the end result. Somewhat limited thinking - all projects end up looking very similar and are often templated. Creativity suffers as a result, and so does the final outcome, and - most importantly - ability to serve the client.

Pros

You get to learn first-hand how website deals are really put together. Nat is the CEO of Olive Street Design and really cares about each individual client. As long as you are up for learning the sky is the limit with this company. I started back in 2013 as an intern Frontend Web Developer learning how to build proper WordPress websites using responsive frameworks like Bootstrap. I worked my way up to from an intern to a Senior Web Developer in just under 4 years. Nat and his team helped prepare me for the future of this industry and to this day I still use skills I developed at Olive Street Design. I met wonderful people and have kept in contact with nearly all of them! I wish this company nothing but the best!

Cons

This is not a place for lazy individuals, you must be fast-paced and always willing to learn. Other than that, there are little to no draw backs working with Olive Street Design!
