Pros

I’ve had a great experience working here. The environment is supportive, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping employees succeed. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which makes it easy to communicate ideas or concerns. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and I’ve felt encouraged to develop my skills from day one. My coworkers are collaborative and friendly, which creates a positive and productive team atmosphere. Work-life balance is also valued, which makes a big difference in day-to-day satisfaction. Overall, this is a place where people are treated well and given the tools they need to do their best work.

Cons

Nothing bad so far through out my time.

Pros

-Highly competitive benefits package -Flexible remote culture -Strong day-to-day culture and fun teammates; constantly surrounded by smart, high-performing, passionate talent -Fast-paced environment that accelerates typical career growth -Significant ownership and visibility across the business -Opportunity to work on a category-leading, high-growth, mission-led brand

Cons

-Compensation is average relative to the rest of CPG, but benefits do compensate for gap -Leadership churn, leading to unclear prioritization and shifting business goals -Founder involvement can lead to slow decision-making + a more hierarchical organization/process than expected for a startup -Sales-led culture; marketing is seen as a creative lever rather than a strategic lever (atypical to other CPG companies) -Headcount rapidly increasing, with unclear roles and responsibilities across some teams/functions -Extremely fast pace can make long-term planning and execution difficult -Lots of passionate stakeholders, but alignment can be challenging when opinions take precedence over insight/data-backed recommendations. -Limited development; greater emphasis on leveraging existing strengths than developing new skill sets ("get s**t done" culture, which is expected in a start-up)
